With our basic service offering, AppCare for NetSuite Planning and Budgeting clients are assigned a primary and secondary US-based resource for software support, with an 8:00 a.m. - 6 p.m. support window. Our application experts are responsible for responding to and executing your requested tasks and issues, with a manager/escalation resource assigned if needed. Our specialized resource team includes a skillset of both technical and functional expertise that is comprised of planning and budgeting, consolidation, and infrastructure experts.
Diagnosing and analyzing a potential issue, information gathering from users to identify an issue, recreating or finding an issue within the environment, identifying the root cause, issue resolution, and process improvement are all documented and managed through our Jira Support Tracking System. Basic support starts at $99 per month and nightly backups included in the monthly fee are stored for a rolling 10 days in Mindstream's secure location.
